Company Overview:
We are a well-established hotel group with multiple branches across Jeddah. We are looking for a skilled Operational Manager to oversee the maintenance and overall operations of all our hotel branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operational and maintenance work across all hotel branches.
Handle any repair, replacement, or maintenance tasks needed in the properties.
Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and facility teams to ensure smooth operations.
Manage vendors and suppliers for maintenance materials and repair work.
Provide regular maintenance and operations reports to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations or maintenance management in any Gulf country.
Fluent in Arabic + (English and Urdu/Hindi speakers preferred).
Nationality: Pakistani, Filipino, Indonesian, or Indian (Arabic nationals are not eligible).❌❌❌❌❌❌
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of hotel systems, maintenance, and housekeeping operations.
Benefits:
Salary 2600 SAR to 3200SAR according to experience , accommodation, and transportation provided.
Duty will be 12 hours without any weekend.
