• Full occupancy and on-time rent collection
• Regular & preventative maintenance for commercial & residential buildings, apartments & villas
• Effectively management of expenses ensuring cost efficiency
• Management rental agreements and ensure legal compliance
• Management of vendors/suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience; project management experience is an added advantage
• Strong communication and customer management skills
• Reports submission, analysis, and recommendation
• Valid driving license
