BIM Modelers – Interior Fit-Out experience (Qty: 10 Nos) on Contract / Project-based / Freelance
Job Description:
We need to hire experienced BIM Modelers with a strong background in interior design fit-out and coordination to support our ongoing engineering and design operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update BIM models for interior fit-out scope
Produce detailed drawings, sections, and coordinated layouts
Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and documentation protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in interior fit-out BIM modeling
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Sound understanding of interior detailing and coordination
Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy
Prior experience on Middle East projects preferred
