• Prepare and cook high quality street food menu items (burgers, sandwiches, hotdogs, burritos, jacket potatoes)
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene inside the food truck
• Deliver fast and efficient service during peak hours
• Assist with daily food preparation and stock management
Requirements
• Proven experience in a food truck, caf?, or fast-food kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Currently available and based in Bahrain
