About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Engineer – Mechanical with experience in MEP and mechanical systems to support sales, tendering, and business development activities. The role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, and mechanical packages.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Identify new projects related to mechanical and MEP systems
Develop and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors
Conduct technical presentations and clarify system proposals
Technical & Commercial Proposals
Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Coordinate with design and estimation teams for accurate costing
Prepare and submit technical submittals and commercial quotations
Follow up on bids, negotiations, and project awards
Tendering & Project Support
Attend pre-bid meetings and technical clarification meetings
Assist in value engineering, system selection, and optimization
Support contract finalization and project handover
Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and performance reports
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3–7 years experience in mechanical / MEP sales or estimation
Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and piping systems
Knowledge of Saudi codes and standards (SBC, NFPA, ASHRAE preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Valid Saudi driving license preferred
Preferred Experience
Experience in Saudi Arabia MEP construction market
Familiarity with consultant approvals and vendor coordination
