➢ Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordination with all functional organizations of clients, contractors
& other subcontractors for ensuring safety at site.
• Conduct safety orientation to all workers, vendors, visitors and
ensure that they comply with standards & procedure of the project.
• Conducts safety orientation to newly hired workers.
• Site inspections with client to ensure safe working practices are
followed.
• Conducting weekly tool-box talk for all supervisors & foremen.
• Attend Weekly Progress meeting with Contractor.
• Carry out surprise site checks to determine effectiveness and
adequacy of system for safety.
• Highlight wrong practices being followed which are not meeting
safety requirements & recommend corrective action.
• Assist with training employees at all level.
• Facility inspections with representatives of other subcontractors.
• Reporting unsafe condition to foreman, job supervisor, or seniors.
• Acknowledgment/Evaluation/implement Safety Rules & Regulations.Coordination/Cooperation with site management to implement safe
work.
• Daily observation and providing technical feedback.
• To develop, train and educate supervisors & workers to follow safe
working practices.
• Weekly coordination meeting with the client and other contractor.
• Attend the weekly internal HSE meeting conducted by the project
manager.
• Carry out surprise site checks to determine effectiveness and
adequacy of system for safety.
• Highlight wrong practices being followed which are not meeting
safety requirements & recommend corrective action.
• Organize, monitor and coordinate safety Awareness Program, Loss
Prevention Programs at sites.
• Reporting unsafe condition to foreman, job supervisor, or seniors.
• Checking and monitoring the Scaffolding tag system.
• Educates field supervisors and workers to follow safe working
practices.
• Periodic inspections (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) and
monitoring of all activities and facilities.
