• Coordinate with suppliers locally and internationally for delivery of orders placed and arrange all shipping requirements and documentation required for shipping.
• Inbound and outbound logistics for imports and re-exports.

• Arranging freight forwarding for AIR, SEA, LCL, FCL, ROAD, and Courier modes.
• Imports/Exports
• Arrangements of documents required for clearance.
• Obtaining SFDA import permissions on ghad.sfda.gov.sa portal.
• Registering shipments on faseh.sfda.gov.sa portal.
• Obtaining Saber Certificates.
• Broker authorizations on oga.fasah.sa portal and managing undertaking letters for shipments.
• Dealing with Customs clearance agents at all ports Jeddah Sea ports, Dammam Sea port, Riyadh Airport, Riyadh Dry port, Batha border.
• Cost distribution of all landed costs (freight invoices, customs duties, clearance, and port invoices).
• Coordinating with Finance for timely payments to Suppliers, Forwarders, Third-party service providers, Clearance agents, Bayan payments.
• Managing contracts with service providers like diesel provider, water provider, rented warehouses, fire safety, waste containers, pallets providers, local transportation providers, clearance agencies, hazardous waste disposal companies, etc.
• I am well-versed with Lean Six Sigma principles and have been certified as a Green Belt in the respective course. I also hold Certified International Supply Chain Professional/Manager/Consultant (CISCP | CISCM | CISCC) certification from IPSCMI, USA.
