PalmSpa interiors are designed in a modern European style with elements of Middle Eastern traditions. The spa is open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight. The duration of the sessions is from 60 to 120 minutes. The cost of services depends on the chosen procedure and time, while prices already include all taxes. It is recommended to arrive 45 minutes in advance to check in at the reception desk and discuss the expectations of the procedures.
The booking is confirmed with a bank card. A transparent cancellation policy is in effect: 24 hours in advance — no deductions, less than 24 hours in advance — 50%, less than 12 hours in advance or no—show - 100%. During the procedures, mobile devices must be turned off, and photography and videography are prohibited. The age limit for visiting is 16+.
