LEAD/SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

Results-driven Senior Instrumentation Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, specializing in EPC projects for onshore and offshore facilities. Extensive expertise across the full project lifecycle including FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning. Proven ability to lead E&I activities, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver projects in compliance with international codes, client specifications, and HSE requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and execute Electrical and Instrumentation engineering activities for EPC oil & gas projects

Develop and review E&I design documents including single line diagrams, load lists, cable schedules, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and layouts

Prepare and review datasheets, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and vendor documents

Review and verifying 9 COM.

Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standard such as SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, etc.

Knowledge of Aramco’s RVL and procurement process.

Knowledge of procurement contracts.

Knowledge of EPC project supply chain.

Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, API, ISA, ATEX, and project specifications

Coordinate with process, mechanical, civil, and HSE disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions

Provide construction and commissioning support, including site technical queries and troubleshooting

Supervise contractors and ensure quality, schedule, and cost control of E&I works

Participate in FAT, SAT, loop checking, and system energization activities

Ensure adherence to HSE policies, risk assessments, and safe work practices

Support project management with progress reporting, risk mitigation, and technical clarifications
