* The hca account associated with your account will appear in the new tab.
* The password information will appear in the same tab when you press the "control panel" button.
* If you are choosing the traditional way, you will be directed to the latest version of the HCA, and if you are choosing the new password, you will be directed to the older version.
* Because the most recent version does not yet include old password, we will recommend that you select the password from control panel.

* To get new password, follow the next steps if you are using the most recent version of the app.
* From the left side panel, tap on the “More” option.
* You can see a variety of options here, including hca password reset tool, undo changes, and others.
* You must select the control panel option to change password; however, the feature to old password does not exist in newer versions.
* Thus, you will get the pop-up on your screen saying that “ new from the old version”.
* Choose the “Go to the old version” option and you will see the profiles from the older version appearing in the new tab.
