Role Overview

Educational Qualification
• MBA from a reputed college or university

Experience
• 10–15 years of overall professional experience
• Experience with multinational or global organizations preferred

Industry Knowledge
• Strong understanding of paper and paperboard products
• Knowledge of grades, specifications, applications, and market trends

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow key accounts across the India region
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Handle large-volume orders, pricing strategies, and shipment planning
• Coordinate with global suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Identify new business opportunities through market and customer analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, documentation, and quality standards
