Greet the guest once they enter in outlet and explain the menu, promotions and products.

 Answer questions about menu items, make recommendations upon request.

 Describe the ingredients and the cooking methods.

 Take the customer orders and make smart suggestions

 Monitor the Order delivery time and update your customer accordingly.

 Follow the direction of supervisor and managers.

 Ensure that condiments such as sauces and napkins are added to the packaged food items.

 Assemble meals on a tray and offer the tray to the customers.

 Follow the Cash Procedures mentioned as follow: o Always announce the Total bill Amount. o Announce the bill received from the customer. o Count and hand over the change to the customer. Keep the notes face down in the cash drawer.

 Achieve set objectives and Targets.

 Assist customer with special needs ie. Ladies, kids, customer with heavy bags etc.

 Suggest ideas to improve business and service.

 Contribute towards cost controls.

 Handle customer complaints.

 Keep up with the brand image at all times.

 Assist you supervisor for stock/ inventory checking.
