Answer questions about menu items, make recommendations upon request.
Describe the ingredients and the cooking methods.
Take the customer orders and make smart suggestions
Monitor the Order delivery time and update your customer accordingly.
Follow the direction of supervisor and managers.
Ensure that condiments such as sauces and napkins are added to the packaged food items.
Assemble meals on a tray and offer the tray to the customers.
Follow the Cash Procedures mentioned as follow: o Always announce the Total bill Amount. o Announce the bill received from the customer. o Count and hand over the change to the customer. Keep the notes face down in the cash drawer.
Achieve set objectives and Targets.
Assist customer with special needs ie. Ladies, kids, customer with heavy bags etc.
Suggest ideas to improve business and service.
Contribute towards cost controls.
Handle customer complaints.
Keep up with the brand image at all times.
Assist you supervisor for stock/ inventory checking.
