Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and screens. • Pull, terminate, and test network cables to ensure stable and secure connectivity. • Install, configure, and support network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. • Set up and maintain data center cabinets, server racks, and related infrastructure. • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain printers and other hardware peripherals. • Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues promptly and efficiently. • Provide hands-on technical support to end-users and address hardware-related concerns. • Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal hardware performance. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hardware inventory, repairs, and service requests. • Collaborate closely with other IT team members to ensure smooth hardware-software integration. • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in hardware and networking technologies
