Essential Requirements:
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction and finishing (buildings, villas, residential and commercial buildings).
• Nationality: Egyptian
• Strong and proven practical experience in all types of finishing (plastering, tiling, drywall, painting, ceramics, marble, granite, interior carpentry, doors and windows, gypsum work and decoration).
• Previous experience in renovation, maintenance, and restoration work for old and new buildings.
• Experience managing and monitoring multiple projects (ability to supervise a team of workers and technicians).
• Good knowledge of reading engineering and architectural drawings.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills on-site.
• Commitment to deadlines, quality of work, and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities:
• Full supervision of the execution of construction, finishing, and renovation work according to plans and specifications.
• Monitoring quality, quantities, and daily costs. • Coordination between different teams (construction, finishing, electrical, and plumbing).
• Quick and efficient resolution of technical problems on-site.
• On-time project delivery to the highest quality standards.
