I am Mohd Rehan Shareef, working as a QA/QC Engineer (Civil) with Haif Company on the Diriyah DG-II Project. I am responsible for the preparation of Project Quality Plan,ITPs and Method Statements, along with vendor prequalification.
My role includes managing and reviewing Material Approval Requests (MAR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR), ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. I coordinate with site teams to maintain quality control across all construction activities.
Additionally, I handle the closure of NCRs and SORs, issue internal NCRs to subcontractors, and actively participate in quality meetings and audit processes, including internal, subcontractor, and consultant audits, ensuring full compliance with the project Quality Management System.
