Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or set up meetings.

Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls, resolve customer complaints, and answer inquiries in a professional manner.

Sales & Lead Generation: Follow up on leads, explain product features/benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases.

Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, conversations, and contact details in the database.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales targets.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies and scripts while handling rejections professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasion: Ability to handle objections and persuade customers effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree may be preferred).
Attributes: Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.

Number of calls made/received per day.
Conversion rate (leads to sales).
Average call duration.
Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
