- Skilled in permit processing, authority coordination, and compliance management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Solid knowledge of scheduling and planning.
- Solid knowledge of QA/QC procedures and safety regulations.
- Registered Civil Engineer – Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Driver's license available
- Transferable Iqama, Based in Dammam and open to relocate.
