We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor & Civil Draftsman with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in civil construction projects. The role includes preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, handling variations, interim payments, and final accounts, as well as producing accurate civil, shop, and as-built drawings. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, able to interpret civil and structural drawings, coordinate effectively with site and engineering teams, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Strong attention to detail, cost control knowledge, and the ability to meet project deadlines are essential.
*Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
*Monitor project costs and budgets.
*Prepare interim payments, variations, and final accounts.
*Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
*Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors.
*Prepare RFQs and assist in procurement activities.
*Prepare and revise civil drawings (structural & architectural).
*Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings.
*Ensure drawings comply with projects specifications and standards.
*Coordinate with engineers and site teams for updates.
*Maintain drawing records and documentation.
