Key Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok/Reels)
Create engaging posts, reels, and promotional content
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Handle customer inquiries via social media
Coordinate with design, video, and sales teams
Monitor analytics, reach, and engagement reports
Stay updated with current social media trends
Requirements
Experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Knowledge of content creation, reels, and basic editing tools
Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
Creative mindset with marketing knowledge
