• Supporting the Finance Manager in timely monthly accounting closures for revenue, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Preparing and recording daily expenses, revenues, supplier payments, and VAT calculations.
• Collecting, sorting, and analyzing financial data, including revenue and project costs.
• Managing insurance, visa expenses, rent, and bank-related mail/document transactions.
• Filing accurate and timely VAT returns.
• Preparing monthly staff salaries and maintaining bank & cash reconciliations.
• Generating VAT reports, sales invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Ensuring proper documentation and recording of departmental invoices for payments.
• Performing and presenting bank reconciliations to management.
• Handling credit and debit notes.
