With 11+ years of hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia, I bring strong expertise in logistics operations, fleet and heavy equipment management, port-to-site transportation, customs clearance, and client coordination within large-scale construction and logistics environments. In my last role as Operations Manager – Logistics & Heavy Equipment, I manage end-to-end logistics operations across KSA and GCC, including port operations from Sea Ports, route permits (Naqal Bayan), using Zawil to issue and renew Port Gatepasses, customs clearance through FASAH, and full compliance with Saudi transport regulations and vehicle documentation.
I regularly conduct client meetings and site visits, support sales and business development activities, and contribute operational planning and feasibility inputs for securing new and repeat contracts.
Previously, with Al-Ayuni Investment & Contracting Company, I held progressive roles in equipment planning, operations, and maintenance, supporting mega infrastructure and industrial projects, including NEOM. I have managed large teams of drivers and operators, optimized equipment utilization, reduced downtime, and ensured compliance with TUV certifications, MVPI, Istimara, and Saudi safety standards using ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Microsoft AX Dynamics, SAP and ICMS.
