Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine Operator to join our production team. The operator will be responsible for running, monitoring, and maintaining the Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine used for producing high-quality cable trays. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with roll forming machinery, possess an understanding of production processes, and be able to perform routine maintenance to ensure the machine runs efficiently

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Machine Operation:
o Operate the Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine to produce cable trays of various sizes and specifications (perforated and solid).
o Set up the machine with the required raw materials (coils of steel or aluminium) and configure settings according to production requirements.
o Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Quality Control:
o Inspect finished products for compliance with quality standards, ensuring correct dimensions, smooth surface finish, and correct

perforation patterns.
o Conduct routine quality checks during production and troubleshoot any issues, such as misalignment, defects, or machine stoppages.

• Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
o Perform daily machine cleaning and maintenance to prevent wear and tear, ensuring the machine runs at optimal performance.
o Report any mechanical or electrical issues to the maintenance team promptly.
Assist with minor troubleshooting tasks such as replacing parts or adjusting machine settings


JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
• Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven work experience as a Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine role
• Proficiency in operating heavy machinery
• Age: 25-39 years old
• Good command of English.
