A qualified and experienced HSE / Safety Officer (Expatriate) with 4 years of professional experience in construction, MEP, and industrial safety within high-risk work environments. Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) systems in compliance with Saudi regulations, NEBOSH IGC, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications & Status:
• NEBOSH IGC Certified
• HSE Diploma
• 4 Years Relevant Experience
• Currently in Saudi Arabia
•Transferable Iqama
