We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for our professional cleaning company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will supervise cleaning staff, ensure high standards of hygiene and safety, and manage daily cleaning activities across assigned sites.
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations
Manage and lead cleaning staff (scheduling, task allocation, attendance)
Ensure cleaning standards meet company and client requirements
Inspect work areas to ensure quality and compliance
Train new staff on proper cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures
Monitor and control cleaning supplies and equipment
Report issues, damages, or maintenance needs to management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Communicate effectively with clients and management
Requirements
Filipino nationality (preferred)
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
Experience working with cleaning companies or facilities management
Ability to lead and manage a team
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites
Willing to work in Bahrain as an expatriate
