- Inbound operations:
- Return Sales CRM and
S4/Hana
- Receiving local and international shipments, Inbound-IBI, and KPI reports
- Outbound operations: processing sales orders (Normal and PD-patient delivery), Outbound-IBI, and KPI(Key performance indicators)reports and other reports
- Managing SKU(Stock keeping unit) inventory, ATTP-serialization, and submitting order invoices
