I’m Muhammad Qasim, an experienced QA/QC Inspector/Engineer with 7 years of dedicated experience in the quality field across KSA specializing in civil, Fit out, Finishing and architectural works. I hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering, and BS Hons. Qs and Construction Management (Final Year). I am a NEOM Approved Civil/Architectural QC Professional. I have a valid and transferable Iqama, driving license and I am available to join immediately.
✅ Supervise and guide site engineers, subcontractors, and foremen to ensure quality standards and timely project progress across all civil and architectural works.
✅ Conduct inspections and testing processes, along with preparing and maintaining quality documentation (WIR, MAR, MIR,).
✅ Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly quality reports.
✅ Perform site inspections, witness tests (concrete cylinder strength, durability, steel tests), and follow up on results and compliance.
✅ Carry out detailed inspections of foundation, formwork, reinforcement, mass concrete, infrastructural work, earth work, roads, scaffolding, blockwork, tiling, marble works, waterproofing, Dry Wall, Glass partitions, mirrors, doors, windows, curtains, Joinery Works and Painting Works
✅ Coordinate closely with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to resolve issues and ensure integrated solutions on-site.
✅ Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental requirements during all project phases.
