Key Responsibilities
IT Coordination & Management
Act as the primary IT Coordinator between management, users, vendors, and service providers
Plan, monitor, and coordinate IT operations,
IT Support & Technical Operations
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices
Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email systems, antivirus, and backup solutions
Handle user account management, access control, and basic cybersecurity practices
Network & Infrastructure Support
Basic configuration and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and structured cabling
Monitor network performance and coordinate fault resolution
Support data center, racks, patch panels, and cabling documentation
CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) Specialist
Manage and operate CAFM systems for asset tracking, maintenance, and work orders
Create, assign, track, and close preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Maintain accurate records of assets, locations, schedules, and service history
Generate reports for management on maintenance performance and system utilization
BMS (Building Management System)
Support day-to-day operations of BMS systems including HVAC, lighting, alarms, and energy monitoring
Coordinate with BMS vendors and FM teams for system issues and enhancements
Monitor system alerts, logs, and performance dashboards
Assist in integration between BMS, CAFM, and IT systems
