Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. You will be responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the executive office, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic growth. This role requires exceptional communication skills, high confidentiality, and the ability to manage complex scheduling with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate complex scheduling, prioritize appointments, and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly agenda.
Communication Liaison: Act as the first point of contact, screening calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Travel & Logistics: Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations; take accurate meeting minutes.
Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with senior leadership, board members, and external partners with professionalism.
Ad-hoc Projects: Conduct research, handle personal errands, and assist with special projects to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ Pharmaceutical related.
Experience with pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
