• Plan and execute strategies for overall achievement of top-line and bottom-line targets.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and technical submittals, ensuring alignment with project specifications and drawings.
• Present solutions to clients and educate them on the advantages of our products.
• Collaborate with distributors and contractors to secure product approvals from consultants and clients on ongoing projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market intelligence and site visits to consultants and HVAC contractors.
• Coordinate with EPCs, general contractors, and insulation contractors for bidding requirements.
• Provide technical support and arrange application training for distributors and clients, with assistance from our technical team.
• Maintain accurate project records, submit daily visit reports via CRM, and deliver monthly sales and rolling forecasts.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements (Your Profile)
• Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience (MBA is an added advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or construction materials; experience with insulation products is a plus.
• Proven success in technical sales within the Saudi Arabia market, especially the Western Region, with experience handling projects related to the Holy Sites in Makkah & Madinah.
• Muslim candidate required (due to business responsibilities involving project handling and site visits related to the Holy Sites in Makkah & Madinah).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive strategies.
• Proficient in CRM tools for managing leads, pipeline, and reporting.
• Self-driven, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities; valid driving license required.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
