The Vision
We are building our own Integrated CRM and Business Management System from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity to architect the central platform that will drive our operations, customer relationships, and growth for years to come.
The Role
As our lead developer, you will design and build a comprehensive system that integrates:
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Sales & Pipeline Management
• Client Onboarding & Project Tracking
• Reporting & Analytics Dashboard
• Team Collaboration Workspace
We Need You If You Have:
Technical Skills
• Backend: Strong experience with Python/Django, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or similar modern framework
• Frontend: Proficiency in React, Vue.js, or Angular with TypeScript
• Database Design: Expertise in PostgreSQL/MySQL and data architecture
• API Development: RESTful and/or GraphQL API design
• DevOps Knowledge: Docker, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD
System Thinking
• Experience building complex business applications with modular architecture
• Understanding of CRM concepts, workflows, and automation
• Ability to translate business processes into elegant technical solutions
• Eye for both user experience and scalable backend design
