Experienced Electrical Engineer with strong background in site execution, QA/QC, and MEP works across substations, power transmission, infrastructure, and high-security construction projects in Saudi Arabia. Proven ability to manage electrical works from installation through testing & commissioning while ensuring compliance with SEC, IEC, SBC, SASO, ISO 9001, and NEOM standards.

Hands-on experience in HV/MV/LV cable installation, grounding systems, GIS substations, switchgear, control & protection panels, transformers, and auxiliary electrical systems. Adept at coordinating with consultants, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Strong exposure to QA/QC inspections, ITPs, material inspection, NCR closure, and site documentation, along with effective MEP coordination for electrical, HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing interfaces.
