Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Microbiology/ biochemistry / Chemistry
Responsible for the factory Lab
Perform and record keeping of all tests
Quality monitoring as per the procedures
Management of Consumer complaints
Process and Line monitoring / release
Sensory for raw, packaging, FG and Online samples
Test Methods including – Inventory, Laboratory Instructions, Internal Control Plan, Standard Operation Procedures.
Documentation – For Main Lab
Awareness of GLP / GMP and food safety and hygiene
Fresher or 1 years experience in Food / Water / FMCG industry

Age 22 – 30 years
