We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager based in Riyadh (Dhahrat Laban) to manage and grow our key customer relationships.
The role -
- Manage assigned key accounts across retail, online, and food service
- Act as the main point of contact for buyers and account stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and production teams
- Ensure orders, listings, promotions, and deliveries are executed correctly
- Monitor sales performance, volumes, and customer requirements
- Handle day-to-day account issues such as returns, claims, and service follow-ups
- Identify opportunities to grow volumes and improve account performance
- This role is hands-on and operational. It suits someone who likes being close to the business.
Requirements -
- Experience in sales or key account management (FMCG or food preferred)
- Comfortable dealing with supermarkets or B2B customers
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow through on commitments
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Based in Riyadh or willing to commute to Dhaharat Laban
- Working days & hours will be discussed during the interview phase.
- Valid & transferable iqama
- Ability to join immediately
