We are seeking an experienced Blow Molding Machine Operator to operate and monitor blow molding machines for plastic container production.
Hands-on industrial experience is mandatory.
???? Key Responsibilities
Operate extrusion blow molding machines safely and efficiently
Set up molds, change tools, and adjust process parameters
Monitor production quality and cycle time
Control material usage, scrap, and regrind
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
Report production data, defects, and machine issues to supervisors
???? Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Blow Molding Machine Operator
Practical experience in plastic blow molding (HDPE containers, jerrycans, bottles, etc.)
Ability to set and adjust machine parameters
Knowledge of molds, parison control, and cooling settings
Ability to work independently and under production pressure
Basic understanding of quality and safety requirements
Currently residing in Jeddah (preferred)

Experience in extrusion blow molding for jerrycans and bottles
Ability to troubleshoot common machine issues

تشغيل ماكينات النفخ (Extrusion Blow Molding) بكفاءة وأمان
تركيب وتغيير القوالب وضبط إعدادات التشغيل
متابعة جودة الإنتاج وزمن الدورة
التحكم في استهلاك المواد الخام والهالك والراجع
تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة البسيطة ومعالجة الأعطال الأولية
التأكد من مطابقة المنتجات لمعايير الجودة
الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والجودة والإنتاج
تسجيل بيانات الإنتاج والأعطال وإبلاغ المشرفين
???? الشروط الأساسية
خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات كمشغّل ماكينة نفخ بلاستيك
خبرة عملية في نفخ العبوات البلاستيكية (جركنات، عبوات HDPE، زجاجات)
القدرة على ضبط الباراميترات التشغيلية للماكينة
معرفة بالقوالب، التحكم بالباريسون، وأنظمة التبريد
