Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for blue-collar and white-collar positions, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, addressing their concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee development.
• HR Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
