Key Responsibilities:
* Configure & manage firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and routing
* Support PBX/VoIP systems & call center operations
* Manage WiFi, CCTV, workstations, and IT assets
* Coordinate with vendors & maintain IT documentation
* Be the on-site IT owner for day-to-day operations
Requirements:
* Proven experience in networking, firewalls, VLANs, and PBX/VoIP
* Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
