• Technical qualification or relevant diploma
• Assessor Award Qualification (recognized awarding body)
• Certification in Heavy Equipment (Backhoe, Bulldozer, Forklift, Wheel Loader, etc.) and/or Cranes & Rigging.
• 5+ years industrial experience
• 3+ years as Instructor/Trainer
• 3+ years in assessment role
• Fluent in English (reading & writing)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
