-Decorating confectionery products (chocolates/cookies/pastries) pieces and arrangements using accessories, gift items and ribbons etc.
-To work as per the detailed requirement from the client for the decor/arrangements.
-Regular contact with the suppliers and always looking out for new suppliers.
-Interpreted and maintained all standards related to food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
-Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, Hygiene & Cleanliness standards, Maintenance & general administration are completed & in place according to company’s policy & chain operation manual.
-Sets high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift.
-Participate in recording the inventory and consumption.
-Conduct Training for the team as appropriate.
Qualifications:
? Experience in chocolate and flower arrangement or related fields.
? Strong creative skills and an eye for detail.
? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
? Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
? Previous experience in coordinating teams or working in a leadership role is a plus
