I’m Muhammad Zeeshan, a NEOM Approved QA/QC Civil Inspector with 6+ years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia across civil, finishing, architectural, infrastructure, and industrial projects. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have hands-on experience on major projects including NEOM Green Hydrogen Project.
I am currently based in KSA, holding a valid & transferable Iqama, and available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
✔ Supervise and guide site engineers, subcontractors, and foremen to ensure quality compliance and timely progress
✔ Conduct inspections and testing activities and maintain quality documentation (WIR, MIR, MAR, INCR)
✔ Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly quality reports
✔ Perform site inspections and witness tests (concrete slump & cylinder strength, FDT, soil compaction, asphalt tests)
✔ Inspect formwork, reinforcement, concrete works, blockwork, plaster, tiling, marble, waterproofing, painting, and foundations
✔ Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, ITPs, and NEOM base standards
✔ Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to resolve site quality issues
✔ Ensure strict adherence to HSE, safety, and environmental requirements
✔ Review and implement Method Statements, ITPs, material submittals, and RFIs
