We are looking for a reliable and proactive Delivery Team Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our delivery drivers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and good connections within the delivery drivers’ community, helping ensure smooth daily operations and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate delivery drivers on a daily basis
Act as the main point of contact between management and delivery staff
Ensure delivery schedules are followed efficiently
Resolve delivery-related issues and handle driver concerns
Help recruit and onboard new delivery drivers when needed
Monitor driver performance and maintain discipline and professionalism
Requirements:
Bangladeshi nationality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good connections within the delivery driver community
Previous experience in supervising delivery staff or similar roles is preferred
Ability to manage people, solve problems, and work under pressure
Basic understanding of delivery operations and logistics
