L1 Technical Support - RHEL & VMware

The L1 Technical Support Engineer will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues related to our RHEL 9 and VMware infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have ample knowledge in Linux administration and virtualization, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will triage, diagnose, and resolve basic incidents, escalating complex issues to senior engineers while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
