🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Analyzer Engineer / Gas Chromatograph Engineer to support Saudi Aramco custody transfer energy measurement systems. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, calibration, diagnostics, and performance validation of GC and analyzer systems in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.
🎓 Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 7–9 years of hands-on experience with Gas Chromatographs & Process Analyzers
• Proven experience with custody transfer energy measurement systems
• Previous experience on Saudi Aramco projects is mandatory
• Working knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and safety requirements
🛠️ Scope of Responsibility
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) for GC systems and analyzer shelters
• Inspect sample conditioning systems (filters, regulators, heaters, sample lines)
• Verify GC calibration, repeatability, accuracy, and response
• Check carrier gas systems and detector health
• Validate communication and data integrity with flow computers
• Identify and troubleshoot analyzer drift or performance degradation
• Prepare technical reports in line with Saudi Aramco requirements
