Junior Lean Engineer - Site Construction

We are seeking a Junior Lean Engineer with 1–3 years of construction site experience to support continuous improvement initiatives across site operations. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing Lean construction practices, improving workflow efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting site teams.

Key Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in construction site operations

Basic understanding of Lean principles and tools

Ability to analyze site processes and suggest improvements

Good coordination and communication skills

Willingness to work on-site
