Customer Service (Construction & Maintenance)

Requirements:

1.Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service
Preferred: Experience in a construction or maintenance company
2.Strong communication and coordination skills
3.Ability to handle client inquiries, quotations, and job follow-ups
4.Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting

Responsibilities:

1.Handle customer calls, emails, and service requests
2.Coordinate with technicians and operations team
3.Schedule maintenance works and updates
4.Maintain good relationships with clients
