1️⃣ Lineman / Assembly Man
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in erection of 380kV transmission line towers (lattice / monopole)
Support conductor stringing, sagging, clipping, and spacer installation
Assist in OPGW / earth wire stringing and tensioning
Carry out insulator string assembly and fixing
Handle hardware fittings, dampers, spacers, and accessories
Support tower climbing activities under supervision
Assist in site preparation, material shifting, and housekeeping
Strictly follow HSE procedures, toolbox talks, and PPE compliance
Work as per instructions from engineers, supervisors, and foremen
2️⃣ Supervisor – 380kV OHTL
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise tower erection, conductor stringing, sagging, clipping, and OPGW works
Manage daily activities of erection and stringing crews
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and schedules
Enforce HSE compliance, conduct toolbox talks, ensure PPE usage
Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, and safety teams
Monitor productivity, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization
Resolve site-level technical and manpower issues
Maintain daily progress reports and site records
Liaise with client/consultant inspectors during inspections
3️⃣ Engineer – 380kV OHTL
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee erection, stringing, sagging, and OPGW activities
Implement approved drawings, method statements, and procedures
Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with SEC standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements
Monitor site progress, productivity, and material utilization
Handle technical queries, inspections, and client coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Support testing, commissioning, and handover documentation
Assist in resolving execution and design-related challenges
🔹 Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience in 380kV OHTL projects is mandatory
Do NOT apply if you do not have relevant experience
Candidates with transferable Iqama will be preferred
Candidates currently available in India can also apply
