IT Support / Network Support

Desktop, laptop, and user support (L1/L2)

LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP, basic routing

Network & hardware troubleshooting

Installation and configuration of routers, switches, and wireless devices

End-user support, ticket handling, and issue resolution

Monitoring tools (ManageEngine / OpManager – basic to intermediate)

Software Quality Assurance (Manual Testing)

Manual testing (functional, regression, smoke testing)

Test case creation and execution

Bug reporting and verification

SDLC & STLC understanding

Coordination with developers and stakeholders

Basic knowledge of APIs and databases (SQL – basic)

Education

MS in Telecommunication & Networks

BS in Telecommunication
