Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The candidate will be responsible for Projects specs and AutoCAD Drawing Study, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and coordination with engineering and procurement teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP estimation
Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Expert in MS Excel and estimation tools
Ability to prepare detailed cost breakdowns under tight deadlines
GCC / Saudi project experience is an advantage
