Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare high-quality breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and occasional special events or guest meals for the family.
Conduct R&D: Experiment with new recipes, fusion techniques, ingredient combinations, and trends to innovate and elevate the dining experience.
Accommodate specific dietary needs (e.g., halal, balanced/nutritious, low-sugar, international preferences).
Manage full kitchen operations: inventory control, food safety & hygiene (HACCP standards), ordering, and waste minimization.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.
Work with discretion, flexibility, and strong attention to detail in a private setting.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, or in high-end/fine dining (minimum 5–7 years preferred).
Strong expertise in international cuisines (Mediterranean, European, Middle Eastern, Asian fusion, healthy/modern cooking).
Preference given to candidates from Philippines, Turkey, Lebanon, or Europe due to culinary heritage, adaptability, and proven track record in private households.
Passion for recipe innovation, creativity in R&D, and staying updated with global food trends.
Excellent knife skills, plating/presentation, and ability to work independently.
Professional references from previous private families or luxury establishments required.
Valid passport; willing to relocate to Riyadh (visa sponsorship and Iqama processing provided for the successful candidate).
Immediate or very short notice availability preferred.
