MEP Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Senior MEP Division Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) division projects, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining project quality. Responsibilities include project planning, team coordination, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The selected candidate will also focus on strategic planning, client relationships, and aligning projects with company objectives.

Qualifications

Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems with a strong understanding of project management principles
Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and coordinating diverse teams and multi-disciplinary projects
Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices
Strong skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning
Proficiency in project scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or a related field
Certification or training in project management, safety, or related fields is an advantage
Prior experience working in or knowledge of the Saudi market is a plus.
