• Set up new user accounts, manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules and ensure secure access to data.
• Customize fields, page layouts, validation rules, record types, and custom apps to match business workflows.
• Quantitative Analysis of data and Perform regular data imports, data duplication to cleansing, and maintains data quality.
• Hands-on experience in Data Management using SOQL and tools like Data Wizard, Data Loader.
• Customization of fields, objects, tabs, relationships, record types, page layouts, report types.
• Design and implement automation using Flow Builder, lead assignments or email alerts and Approval Processes to streamline operations.
• Create, maintain, and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Troubleshoot user issues, maintain system health, and evaluate/install new Salesforce release features.
• Provide training to users on new functionality and best practices to maximize platform adoption.
• Testing new Salesforce new features in a sandbox environment before deploying them to the live system.
• Work with business leaders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solution.
